How to Fix Error 1009?

If you still encounter the Error 1009 code after update the program to the latest version, please refer to the following solutions for a try.


Solutions:

1. Please select a different Output Folder and do not set the output files to remain in order.

Suggestion: When you encounter Error 1009 code, please check to see if the selected output folder has no permissions to read/execute/write/delete files. Please select another output folder and select None in the Output Organized option.


Change Output Setting

If above solutions still cannot fix your problems, please provide the following information to our support team via [email protected]. We will submit your feedback to our developer and inform you if the solution is available.

  • What's your Windows system? Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11? 32 or 64 bits?
  • Are you a Spotify Premium subscriber? Is your Spotify a Windows Store version?
  • What’s the output format and settings you chose?
  • Does the problem happen to certain audio file or to all audio files?
  • Please offer us your Spotify music or playlist URL for our testing.
  • Please send us all the log files for our further analysis. You can find them by going to the Sidify program, Menu > Open Log File.
